Savarkar Godse Homosexual relationship? No It's a lie

This claim (that Savarkar and Godse were in Homosexual relationship) comes from ‘‘Freedom At Midnight” first edition 1975 (below)
  
Congress Seva Dal booklet made this claim too citing primary source as Freedom at midnight 1975 edition 
The claim made in "Freedom at Midnight" (1975 edition) by Dominique and Larry Collins was not supported by any evidence. An article from the Indian Express in 1976 stated that Gopal Godse had asked Dominique and Larry Collins to provide proof of the claim.

Gopal Godse said he would sue the authors in the Bombay courts for spreading misinformation( spreading misinformation that Savarkar and Godse have homosexual relations). 
I have checked later editions 
This is from 2009 edition 
This claim was removed from the book. 
Also this is book review of freedom at midnight published in ‘ The Canadian India Times’ on 5 th Feb 1975 where it is mentioned that book has some flaws.

The newspaper (above) says that authors speak very highly for charming personality of Mountbatten.

American intelligence report states that Mountbatten was homosexual with attraction to young boys. 
‘Freedom at midnight’ will never highlight this character of Mountbatten.

Reality of so called Pension given to Savarkar

There is no official document calling it pension. It was surveillance allowance given to many political prisoners . Savarkar too received this allowance for a specific time period.  It was british policy to give allowance to political prisoners.  Savarkar was under surveillance from 1924 - 1937 so in 1929 to meet his expenses he applied for allowance that he received till 1937. Note : Only 60Rs/month given to him Source: Sir Vikram Sampath's Book.    Gandhi got allowance of 100Rs/month during his arrest in 1930.  What happened Between Savarkar meeting with a Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose on 22 Jun 1940 ?  Accounts from Both Savarkar and Bose side.  There was dissolution ceremony of “Abhinav Bharat ” On May 10, 11 and 12 th 1952 During the ceremony Savarkar had reported said the following .  I've found this from Uday Mahurkar's biography on Savarkar.  Acc to this,during dissolution ceremony of Abhinav Bharat Savarkar revealed details about his meeting(on 22Jun1940) with Netaji.
